Job summary

Manpower Group (USA) client, a well-established Construction Company, seeks a Project Manager for Corona, CA to lead construction projects from award through closeout, ensuring safety, schedule, budget, and contract compliance.

Responsibilities include managing budgets, RFIs, changes, meetings, and coordination with owners, inspectors, engineers, and subcontractors; collaborating with Superintendents to ensure productivity, safety, and quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 5–8 years progressive construction, utilities, or civil project management experience.
• Experience with underground utilities, wet utilities, or civil infrastructure preferred.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and schedule management skills.
• Proficiency with project management software, estimating tools, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned construction projects from project award through final closeout.
• Develop project budgets, schedules, forecasts, and cash flow projections.
• Oversee subcontractor procurement, contract execution, and performance.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, change requests, and contract modifications.
• Conduct project meetings, job walks, and stakeholder coordination meetings.
• Serve as primary point of contact with owners, inspectors, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Partner with Superintendents to ensure jobsite productivity, safety compliance, and quality control.
