Job summary

Job Juncture is seeking an experienced Civil Superintendent to lead field operations for large-scale heavy civil projects focused on structures, concrete, earthwork, grading, and major infrastructure improvements. The ideal candidate will manage crews, subcontractors, equipment, and site development while ensuring safety and on-time delivery.

Candidates should have 10+ years as a Superintendent, experience with high-value projects, and strong leadership and communication skills to coordinate

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; equivalent construction experience accepted.
• 10+ years of experience as a Superintendent managing heavy civil construction projects.
• Experience on large projects valued at $200M+ preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of DOT, municipal, and government construction requirements preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily field construction operations for large-scale heavy civil projects.
• Manage structures, concrete placement, earthwork, grading, excavation, and site development.
• Coordinate self-performed work, subcontractors, and field personnel.
• Plan daily activities to meet milestones and production goals.
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance with contract documents and drawings.
• Provide field leadership for concrete operations including foundations and bridges.
• Review plans and resolve field issues; assist schedule and site logistics.
