Qualifications

• Typically 5–10 years of engineering experience.
• Knowledgeable of ACI, IBC, AISC, ANSI codes and their application.
• Proficient in civil/structural analysis & design.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Civil/Structural engineering on smaller projects and guide junior staff.
• Prepare and review requisitions for inquiry and subcontracts.
• Prepare/ review proposals for geotechnical investigations and topographic surveys.
• Develop or review site plans, grading, paving, foundation plans and details.
