Responsibilities

• Lead daily crew activities to safely produce quality, cost-efficient work aligned with project goals.
• Coordinate with project supervision to communicate production goals and quality specifications; discuss issues impacting scope, methods, or materials.
• Plan means and methods and participate in planning.
• Accurately record and report crew work hours and quantities; monitor productivity and drive improvements.
• Analyze production results and implement corrective actions when required.
• Forecast equipment, materials, or workforce needs and ensure resources are available as needed.
• Sign off on activity plans using the project planning tools.
• Understand the project cost code structure related to work activities.
