Webuild Staffing is seeking a motivated Civil Engineer (EIT or PE) to join and help lead a growing consulting engineering practice in Sanford, NC. The role suits an established professional ready to take broader leadership responsibilities or an ambitious EIT aiming for management and technical leadership.

You will plan, design, permit, and oversee on-site wastewater and potable water systems, mentor staff, and collaborate with ownership on project strategy and client development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• EIT actively pursuing PE licensure or a licensed PE.
• Experience in septic system design, water supply development, and water quality testing.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, permit, and oversee on-site wastewater systems and potable water supply systems.
• Lead projects from site evaluations through detailed design and construction coordination.
• Perform soil evaluations, percolation tests, hydraulic analyses, and water quality assessments.
• Prepare engineering reports, calculations, and construction documents; coordinate with regulators, clients, and contractors.
• Mentor junior engineers and staff; support workload planning; help establish design standards and best practices.
