Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of Civil Engineering experience.
• Experience leading engineering activities on complex infrastructure or construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of design reviews, permitting, and construction support.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering design reviews for multiple active projects.
• Manage local, state, and federal permitting activities from initiation through approval.
• Review RFIs, submittals, drawings, and technical documentation.
• Provide engineering oversight during construction activities.
• Ensure designs meet regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, consultants, and regulatory agencies.
• Identify technical issues and recommend practical engineering solutions.
• Improve engineering processes and implement best practices.
• Independently make engineering decisions while guiding project teams.
