Job summary

Kokosing Construction Company, Inc. is seeking a Lead Engineer (Heavy Highway - Roadway/Bridge projects) to work onsite in the Western PA or Morgantown area.

You will plan, develop, coordinate, and manage onsite construction engineering activities for heavy highway/bridge projects. The role requires a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering or Construction Management and 5+ years of construction engineering experience; bridge experience is a strong plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management; 5+ years in construction engineering.
• Bridge experience is a strong plus.
• PE registration is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, coordinate, and manage onsite construction engineering activities.
• Support construction schedule using Primavera P6 and related methods.
• Interface with on-site departments to resolve problems and ensure quality of work.
• Oversee pre-construction/design-build services and business development for the project.
