Job summary

Torrey Holistics is seeking an experienced Industrial Chrome Plater Supervisor to oversee chrome plating operations in Houston, TX. You will lead a team of plating technicians, ensure safety and quality, and drive process improvements to meet production schedules and customer requirements.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; metal finishing certification is a plus.
Minimum 3 years of chrome plating experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of chrome plating processes, equipment, and safety regulations.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Experience with ERP/MRP and production planning software.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily chrome plating operations and ensure safety and quality standards.
Train and mentor plating technicians; build a productive team.
Monitor production schedules to meet customer deadlines.
