Qualifications

• Education: 4-year Bachelor's degree from an accredited college.
• Credential: Doctor of Chiropractic degree from an accredited chiropractic college.
• Boards: NBCE Parts I–IV or NBCE SPEC Part IV alternative.
• License: Valid DC license in Michigan.
• Insurance: Fully eligible for malpractice insurance in Michigan.
