Penobscot Bay YMCA in Rockport seeks an experienced Lead Teacher to inspire children from 6 weeks to Pre-K. You will nurture development through engaging activities in a warm, inclusive setting, partnering with families and staff to ensure each child thrives.

You'll lead curriculum design, observe progress, and communicate growth with parents while collaborating with a supportive team dedicated to high-quality early learning and family engagement.
