Job summary

The Greater Fairbanks Chamber of Co is looking for a Child and Youth Program Assistant on Eielson AFB to ensure the safety and well-being of children aged 6 weeks to 18 years during various activities. This role involves supervising children, planning engaging programming, and maintaining safe staff/child ratios.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years of age.
• Experience in working with children and youth.
• Ability to monitor safety and ensure adequate staffing.

Responsibilities

• Serve as team leader for program staff in child and youth programs.
• Accountable for the whereabouts and safety of children and youth.
• Plans and conducts activities for program participants.
