CommUnityCare is seeking a Behavioral Health Children’s Psychotherapist Supervisor to lead and coordinate psychotherapy services for underserved pediatric patients in Austin. You will supervise therapists, provide consultation, and train staff within the Foster Care Center of Excellence.

Qualificações

• Master's degree in Social Work or Counseling is required.
• 3 years of clinical experience with children/teens, including trauma, is required.
• Texas license (LCSW) or LPC required upon hire.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct supervision to assigned psychotherapists, including setting work priorities and evaluating performance.
• Offer expertise and consultation to the care team on psychosocial needs for Foster Care Center of Excellence.
• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments for children and adolescents, including diagnostic evaluations and risk assessments.
• Develop individualized treatment plans with measurable goals and monitor treatment response.
• Coordinate care with pediatricians and other mental health providers; facilitate caregiver engagement and follow-up.
