Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead complex Child & Family cases with sound judgment.
• Develop and monitor detailed service plans and milestones.

• Provide testimony and court involvement as needed.
• Support onboarding, coaching, and professional development of staff.
• Ensure timely documentation and audit readiness.
