Qualifications

• High School or GED is required with NC credentials or equivalent and 6 semester hours.
• 1 year of early childhood work experience with children up to 12 years.
• NC Credentials or equivalent as defined by regulatory compliance Division of Child Development.
• Adult and Pediatric CPR/First Aid within 2 months of hire.
• ITS SIDS within 2 months of hire.
• Maintain training hours as outlined by the Division of Child Development.

• Uphold the center’s goals, guidelines, and high standards of care.
• Ensure full compliance with NC Division of Child Development regulations and Health Department sanitation requirements.
