Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in ECE or CDA credential required.
• 2+ years of licensed childcare experience.
• Strong customer service and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety and supervision of children 6 weeks—12 years in one classroom.
• Create developmentally appropriate curriculum per NAEYC standards.
• Curate programs and activities based on children’s interests and learning styles.
• Maintain a warm, safe, clean environment for growth.
• Partner with families to plan for the best care and education.
• Provide effective communication with parents/guardians.
