Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Lead Teacher in early childhood.
• CPR/First Aid certification and background check required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities supporting social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and healthy learning environment for children.
• Supervise children during indoor and outdoor activities.
• Maintain open communication with parents through daily updates and progress reports.
• Participate in staff meetings and professional development to improve teaching skills.
