As a Lead Teacher, you will:

• Create: Develop engaging learning experiences and mentor fellow teachers.
• Care: Support the social, physical, and intellectual development of preschool children.
• Lead: Manage classroom operations, curriculum implementation, and ensure compliance with licensing standards.
• Communicate: Build genuine relationships with families to support children's achievement and center success.

Qualifications

We seek energetic, dependable, and passionate individuals who are at least 18 years old and have:

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• The ability to meet state and center education requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activities with children.

Compensation and Benefits

Compensation varies based on position, education, and experience, with bi-weekly and daily pay options:

• Assistant Teacher: $18 - $19.50/hour
• Teacher/Lead Teacher: $19.25 - $21/hour

Work schedule is Monday through Friday.
