The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in chemistry and over 5 years of relevant experience in personal care products, including knowledge of FDA and MoCRA requirements. Responsibilities

• Formulate custom products from conception to product launch.

• Collaborate with customers, sales and production teams.
• Attend industry events and product launch customer visits.
