Job summary

Weaver is seeking a Supervisor/Manager Chemical Engineer to lead the Energy Compliance Services team. You will supervise engineering reviews, perform mass and energy balance calculations, and guide regulatory compliance engagements for clients in the energy sector.

This role requires collaboration with leadership both remotely and in-office, with travel up to 20% across the U.S. The ideal candidate has 4+ years in chemical engineering, strong project management skills, and a background in

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from an ABET-accredited university.
4+ years in chemical engineering with project management, consulting, regulatory compliance, or client relations experience.
Experience performing mass and energy balance calculations and interpreting PFDs/BFDs.

Responsibilities

Lead assurance and consulting engagements related to regulatory compliance for ECS practice.
Supervise engineering reviews and conduct on-site inspections of renewable fuel facilities.
Prepare client-ready deliverables and assist with annual template updates and client billing/status updates.
Collaborate with leadership remotely or in-office to execute plans effectively.
Travel up to 20% to client sites across the U.S.
