We serve as stewards of an urban retreat center within the setting of a historic monastery with the mission to seek God's healing of Metropolitan Richmond through prayer, hospitality, racial reconciliation, and spiritual development.
Role Description
Located in Richmond, VA the Lead Chef/Dining Host is a key role of Richmond Hill’s Hospitality Ministry and is best served by one who feels called to the ministry of serving others through hospitality. The position is part-time, up to 29 hours and is on-site, and is responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations, meal preparation, menu planning, inventory control and ensuring a high level dining experience for guests. Additionally, they will manage the dining area, coordinate special events, and provide exceptional customer service.
