Job summary

Champion Force Athletics is seeking cheerful, energetic part-time Cheer Coaches to lead or assist multiple teams and classes across the country this season. Candidates should be team players, with cheerleading experience, and willing to dedicate 1–2 weeknights for practices and some weekends for travel to competitions.

Ideal applicants have cheer, dance, or gymnastics experience, enjoy working with children aged 4–15, have reliable transportation, and can pass a background check.

Qualifications

• Cheer, Dance, or Gymnastics experience required.
• Comfortable working with children aged 4–15.
• Must have reliable transportation and be willing to travel to events.
• Background check must be passed and maintained.

Responsibilities

• Teach and lead cheer classes and routines.
• Prepare lesson plans and maintain class check-ins and attendance.
• Coordinate with sessions, clinics, and competitions.
• Collaborate with staff and communicate effectively with parents.
