Job summary

Champion Force Athletics seeks Cheerleading Coaches to lead or assist our teams nationwide this season. Candidates should be team players, willing to coach all levels, with cheer, dance, or gymnastics experience, and a passion for youth development.

Coaches will dedicate 1–2 weeknights for practices and occasional weekends for competitions, must pass a background check, and demonstrate outstanding communication and organizational skills in a fun, energetic environment.

Qualifications

• Ideal candidate must have cheerleading experience.
• Will be willing to dedicate 1–2 weeknights for practices and some weekends for travel to competitions.
• Must pass background check and have excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Teach classes, prepare lessons, supervise check-ins and keep basic records.
• Occasionally attend meetings, clinics and cheer competitions during each session.
• Coaches may supervise 3–4 classes daily and coordinate with other staff.
