Job summary

Silver Cross Hospital in New Lenox, IL seeks a clinically competent registered nurse to delegate and coordinate nursing staff on nights in the Cardiac Care Unit. The RN acts as a resource for problem solving, mentors staff, and promotes a team-based approach while maintaining professional nursing standards.

Requires current IL RN licensure and CPR; BSN preferred and supervisory experience is a plus. This position is night shift, 12 hours, with comprehensive benefits and competitive pay within

Summary:

Requirements:

Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Illinois. CPR. BSN degree preferred. Demonstrates clinical knowledge and skills in area of specialty. Prior supervisory experience preferred. Certification in area of specialty preferred. Exhibits personal characteristics and enhance the effectiveness of the role, including effective interpersonal communication skills and a proactive approach to problem solving.

Work Shift Details:

Nights -12 Hours, 7pm - 7am Department: CARDIAC CARE UNIT

The expected pay for this position is listed below: $35.00 - $42.50
