Job summary

Claritev Lead Support Analyst for Oracle Health Charge Services is responsible for hands-on configuration, ticket resolution, and team-level coordination. The role includes guiding peers, coaching new analysts, and ensuring workload balance across the Charge Services support team.

The position emphasizes adherence to SLAs, HIPAA compliance, and close collaboration with revenue cycle, HIM/coding, and clinical teams to ensure accurate charge capture and downstream billing.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years supporting or configuring Oracle Health Charge Services (Cerner Millennium).
• Experience training or mentoring other analysts or staff.
• Strong knowledge of charge capture workflows and CDM structures.
• Ability to independently resolve complex charge configuration issues.
• Understanding of revenue cycle concepts such as charge leakage and reconciliation.
• Experience in a ticketing/ITSM environment (ServiceNow) with SLAs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong attention to detail.
• Willingness to participate in on-call rotations.
• Familiarity with HIPAA and billing/coding compliance.
• Proficiency with MS Office suites.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced configuration and maintenance of Charge Services components.
• Serve as first escalation point for complex charge issues.
• Review and coach resolutions by other analysts.
• Train new analysts on build standards and procedures.
• Coordinate daily ticket assignments and workload.
• Log, triage, and resolve tickets within SLAs.
• Lead or assist testing and validation of changes.
• Monitor CDM mapping and related dictionaries for accuracy.
• Collaborate with revenue cycle, HIM/coding, and clinical teams on resolutions.
• Escalate issues with compliance implications to leadership.
