OhioHealth in Columbus, OH is seeking a Charge Master Analyst Manager to oversee Charge Analysts, coordinate with patient care departments and the Central Business Office, and report progress to department leadership. This role guides chargemaster development across central Ohio operations and supports new hospitals, services, and information systems.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree, CCS and/or RHIA credentials, at least 5 years in chargemaster management, and proven project

Competenze

Bachelor's Degree and professional credentials (CCS or RHIA) required.
5+ years in chargemaster management with process improvement experience.
Experience leading teams and managing projects in a healthcare revenue cycle.

Mansioni

Plan and monitor chargemaster activities and schedules.
Lead department efforts on interdisciplinary projects and system implementations.
Provide coaching and orientation for Charge Analysts; develop policies and procedures.
Drive advanced chargemaster goals across hospital operations and new sites.
Assist with special non-routine projects as requested.
Develop and maintain chargemaster descriptions; ensure payer coding compliance.
