Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of employment.
- Active CPR certification and ongoing clinical competencies.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate, detailed reports and records.
- Administer medications to patients and monitor for reactions and side effects.
- Record patients' medical information and vital signs.
- Monitor, record, and report changes in patients' condition.
- Coordinate with healthcare team to assess and plan patient care.
- Prepare patients for examinations or treatments and assist as needed.
