Qualifications

• Current Maine nursing license.
• Experience in Long Term Care is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight to the clinical team, ensuring high-quality patient care and adherence to facility policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with direct care workers and ancillary departments to ensure seamless coordination of patient care.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients, ensuring patient-centered care and maximizing patient outcomes.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and committees to enhance patient care and facility operations.
• Maintain accurate and timely records, reports, and statistics.
• Supervise and mentor staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent patient care.
