Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care is seeking an experienced healthcare leader to oversee facility operations and patient procedures in Hoover, AL. You will coordinate nursing support, staffing, training, equipment, records, billing and compliance to ensure high-quality patient care daily.

The role emphasizes CQI, regulatory adherence, and collaboration with physicians, staff and the Facility Manager to maintain safety, documentation accuracy and efficient patient flow across all shifts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing and active RN license.
• ACLS certification and strong regulatory knowledge.
• Minimum 6 years in ambulatory surgical center or vascular access settings.
• Supervisory or management experience preferred.
• Proficiency with medical record documentation and CQI processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care from admission through discharge.
• Support staffing, training and equipment management.
• Ensure accurate charts, orders and lab work per policy.
• Administer medications and IV sedation as directed.
• Communicate with physicians and staff to ensure timely procedures.
• Maintain safety and quality standards and participate in CQI.
