Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred; Registered Nurse licensure required.
• ACLS certification required.
• Minimum 6–8 years of related nursing experience.
• 3+ years of supervisory or project/program management experience preferred.
• Experience in Ambulatory Surgical Center/Vascular Access Lab or related settings.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and medical database software.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care with facility staff from admission to discharge.
• Supervise staff and ensure compliance with policies and CQI practices.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation of treatments.
• Ensure readiness for regulatory and accreditation surveys.
• Oversee medication management and inventory control.
• Provide staff training and participate in CQI activities.
