ContinueCARE Hospital at Hendrick Medical Center in Texas is seeking experienced Registered Nurses for a direct hire, full-time opportunity in a LTAC setting. You will provide direct nursing care to medically complex patients and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required.
• Minimum 1+ year of acute care, ICU, or LTAC experience preferred.
• BLS required; ACLS required within 90 days of hire.
• Strong clinical judgment and compassionate, team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to critically ill or medically complex patients.
• Collaborate with physicians and an interdisciplinary team to coordinate care plans.
• Monitor patient progress, administer medications and treatments, document findings.
• Educate patients and families, and advocate for long-term health and recovery.
• Maintain compliance with policies, standards, and regulatory guidelines.
