Job summary

Glenview Wellness is a dedicated long-term care facility seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to join our caring team in Las Vegas, NM. The RN/LVN will oversee resident care, mentor staff, and ensure quality outcomes during their assigned shift.

Responsibilities include medication administration, coordinating with physicians, conducting shifts, and supporting family communication while maintaining compliance with state regulations and facility policies.

Qualifications

• Graduate of LVN program and licensed in the state of practice.
• Minimum of 2 years nursing experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility preferred.
• Current BLS/CPR certification (All SNFs; ALFs as required by state).

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care per standards and regulatory guidelines.
• Mentor and supervise nursing staff during shifts.
• Administer medications and carry out physician orders as allowed.
• Coordinate with physicians and other professionals for resident care.
• Ensure timely documentation and communication with families.
