Job summary
Vernon Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Vernon, Connecticut is seeking a Charge Nurse LPN or RN to lead the nursing unit and deliver high-quality patient care.

Qualifications
- Current LPN or RN licensure in the state of Connecticut.
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with electronic medical records.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to patients with diverse needs and requirements.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Oversee the daily operations of the nursing unit, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Delegate tasks to LPNs and CNAs, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Monitor and report on patient progress, identifying areas for improvement.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
