Qualifications

• BCLS must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• Associate Degree required for the role.
• CST (Certified Surgical Technologist) must be obtained within 1 year of employment start date.

Responsibilities

• Lead surgical preparation by organizing suites, equipment, and instruments for procedures.
• Scrub in and support surgeons through complex cardiac surgeries, maintaining a sterile environment.
