HCA Florida Largo Hospital is seeking a Lead Certified Surgical Technologist to guide the OR team and ensure the highest level of patient care. This role emphasizes leadership, orchestration of sterile procedures, and collaboration with surgeons during complex cardiac cases.

You will mentor staff, uphold infection prevention standards, and drive efficient, safe operating room operations in a busy hospital setting.

Qualifications

• BCLS must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• CST certification (Certified Surgical Technologist).
• Vocational School Graduate.
• High School Graduate / GED.
• 2 years experience required.
