Tender Touch Rehab Services in Old Bridge, NJ is seeking a Lead Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant - FT. You will provide OT treatments under supervision, help implement care plans and collaborate with a team to ensure quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must be a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy treatments under supervision of an OT.
• Assist in implementing personalized care plans focused on functional goals.
• Collaborate with team to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all physician orders are obtained and up to date.
• Act as leader/mentor in the discipline; cover rehab supervisor duties when absent.

Qualifications:

• Associate’s degree from an AOTA-accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
• Certified by the NBCOT as a COTA, if required by the state
• Current license as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant in the state of practice
• Strong communication and organizational skills
