Qualifications

• Lead Cerologist Esthetician role with mentoring responsibilities.
• Knowledge of skincare products and waxing services offered.
• Ongoing education through Educational Academy platforms.

Responsibilities

• Assist in interviewing, hiring and 90 day/annual reviews of Estheticians.
• Train new Estheticians.
• Assist in scheduling Estheticians.
• Oversee Estheticians and maintain waxing service quality.
• Inventory control of professional products.
