Job summary

Wilde Pump & Engineering LLC is seeking an Applications Engineering Manager to lead the Centrifugal and Diaphragm Metering Pump Application team, supporting customers with technical support, quotations and training. The role reports to the Director, Product Management and requires strong leadership and pump-industry experience.

Qualifications

• B.S. mechanical engineering or equivalent required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a technical manager.
• Minimum 5 years of experience supporting applications and/or engineering.
• Experience in the pump industry highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Applications team to deliver industry-leading technical support for PSG chemical metering pumps and feed systems by driving ongoing cross-training across brands.
• Partner with Director, Product Management to establish, track, and manage departmental KPIs and metrics for team.
• Oversee complex technical support, product configuration, and quotation generation to directly accelerate the sales cycle.
• Performs technical support and troubleshooting for customers and end users in support of Sales.
• Manages the design and delivery of comprehensive technical training programs for our internal staff, customers, EPCs, consultants, and key industry stakeholders.
• Partners with Marketing by authoring technical literature, executing trade shows, industry/customer events and product training.
• Support Product Management Team on strategic initiatives, including New Product Development (NPD) launches.
• Champion adherence to company policies
