This full-time position involves lifting up to 70 lbs, route navigation, and manual tasks as needed, with typical hours Monday–Friday and occasional Saturdays, home every evening.

Qualifications

• CDL Class A or B license with valid DOT medical certificate.
• Ability to lift and carry objects up to 70 lbs and climb in/out of the truck.
• Ability to perform pre- and post-trip inspections on the vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Operate garbage truck on defined routes for residential waste collection.
• Lift and move objects up to 70 lbs; perform manual tasks as needed.
• Read route sheets and service customers on the route as assigned.
• Full-time, year-round schedule; typically Monday–Friday with occasional Saturdays; home nightly.
• Operate hydraulic controls to collect and dump waste.
• Conduct pre/post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety.
