Job summary

Denali Water Solutions Llc in Houston, TX seeks a Lead Support Driver to cover regional routes, support multiple facilities, and back up drivers when needed. You will operate Class A trucks, perform pre-trip inspections, and maintain DOT compliance while traveling across the region.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License.
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record and PSP report.
• Willing to travel frequently and on short notice.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Experience operating manual and automatic transmission vehicles.
• Be age requirements as per experience: 23+ with 2 years, or 21+ with 1 year plus schooling, or 21+ with military driving experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive and support regional routes with 15–25 stops per day.
• Travel frequently to cover vacations, open routes, and other operational needs.
• Support multiple locations inside and outside home domicile.
• Assist with onboarding and training new drivers.
• Operate Class A vehicles and end-dump trailers; use pallets and bins.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and maintain DOT compliance.
• Communicate with management and customers; document services and reports.
