Job summary

Denali Water Solutions Llc in Katy, TX is seeking an experienced Lead Support Driver to provide route coverage and operational support across regional locations.

You will step in when drivers are unavailable, support multiple sites, and travel frequently on short notice. Weekend work may be required to maintain coverage.

Qualifications

• A valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License.
• 2. Non-Excepted Interstate Driver self-certification.
• 3. Clean Motor Vehicle Record and PSP report.
• 4. Experience safely operating manual and automatic transmission vehicles.
• 5. Knowledge of pre-trip and post-trip inspection procedures.
• 6. Willingness to travel frequently and support locations outside the home domicile.
• 7. Flexibility to work weekends based on business needs.
• 8. Strong communication skills.
• 9. Ability to onboard and train newly hired drivers.
• 10. Proficiency using smartphones, mobile apps, electronic logging devices, and driver technology.
• 11. Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check.
• 12. Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Safely collect, load, transport, and deliver food-waste materials.
• Cover local and regional routes with 15–25 stops per day.
• Travel frequently to cover vacations, sick leave, staffing shortages, and open routes.
• Support locations outside your home domicile when required.
• Respond to short-notice travel assignments based on business needs.
• Work weekends when required to maintain operational coverage.
• Assist with onboarding and training newly hired drivers.
• Maintain safe, dependable service and accurate documentation.
