Responsibilities

• Plan and execute large-scale catering events 50-600 people, including menu creation and supervising kitchen staff.
• Food preparation and ensuring food safety and quality.
• Supervise and coordinate kitchen staff activities.
• Budget management for culinary operations and events.
• Prepare meals and provide prep support for large events.
• Introduce and implement new culinary techniques.
• Maintain kitchen and work areas per company standards and health codes.
• Monitor inventory and procure supplies from approved vendors.
• Assist and direct kitchen staff in meal prep, plating, and presentation.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workspaces.
• Ensure safe food handling and serve-safe practices.
