Position Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and driven Strategic Buyer with a specialized focus on casting commodities to join our global procurement team. This is a critical role that demands deep technical and commercial expertise in cast components, including supplier management, cost analysis, and global sourcing strategy.

What you will be doing:

Basic Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Business Management, Materials Management, or Business Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in strategic procurement, with a strong focus on casting commodities.
  • Ability to travel - domestic and international and work flexible hours.

Preferred Requirements:
  • Master's degree in supply chain, Business Management, Materials Management, or Business Finance, or related field.
  • In-depth technical and commercial understanding of casting processes, suppliers, and industry standards.
  • Proven ability to negotiate complex agreements, manage supplier relationships, and drive cost improvements with a focus on cost reductions.
  • Experience working in a global manufacturing or automotive environment.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Pay Range

$84,351.00 -$137,071.00-Annually Location: Aiken, SC
