Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of deep casing drilling experience in geotechnical or ground support applications.
• Proven ability to advance casing through collapsing overburden and variable rock-to-soil transitions.
• Experience maintaining verticality, alignment, and embedment tolerances within engineered specifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead crews and teams in drilling techniques across the U.S.
• Execute safety plans protecting team members.
• Coaching and developing team members.
