Job summary

Paycom - ATS in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a part-time Store Associate to support daily store operations. You will open/close the store, train staff, and manage the cash register, deposits, and receipts. You will also help customers, including donors, and keep displays clean and secure.

The role requires a High School diploma or GED and may prefer prior retail experience; a valid state driver license is preferred. Day shifts with benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Retail store experience preferred or equivalent combination of training and experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist management with store openings and closings.
• Assist management in training store personnel.
• Operate and maintain a cash register; collect monies, count change, prepare receipts; balance drawer and print receipts; prepare and deliver bank deposits.
• Respond to customers questions and assist customers who are donating items.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of merchandise and displays.
• Secure merchandise and the cash register area; maintain security of the cash register.
• Clean display racks and shelves; sweep and mop floors; clean windows and mirrors.
