Ulta Beauty is seeking a Lead Cashier to drive guest transactions and cashwrap excellence. The role includes training new cashiers, assisting in cross-training, and leading allergen? guest service with a focus on loyalty outcomes. You will support leadership with register functions and ensure store standards.

Responsibilities cover sales performance, customer engagement, and accurate cash handling while maintaining a welcoming, stylish store environment and supporting team goals.

Competenze

• High school diploma preferred and relevant work experience.
• Proven customer service and sales experience.
• Ability to train and coach new cashiers.
• Knowledge of POS and basic tech devices used in-store.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
