Pilot Company is seeking a Guest Services Associate in Ohio to lead a small cashier team and ensure high-quality guest service. The role focuses on processing merchandise and fuel transactions, assisting with end-of-shift reporting, and maintaining a clean, organized work area.

The position involves supervising cashiers during shifts, promoting suggested selling, handling guest concerns per policy, and supporting other travel center functions. Competitive hourly pay and benefits are available.

Qualifications

• Experience leading cashiers during a shift.

Responsibilities

• Lead a shift of one-to-two cashiers to process all types of cash, credit, and debit transactions.
• Complete end-of-shift reports and close out procedures.
• Follow company and local guidelines with regards to the sale of restricted merchandise (e.g., alcohol, tobacco).
• Maintain an organized and clean work area; ensure quality service to every guest.
• Handle guest complaints and issues per company processes; communicate issues to management.
• Help with other travel center functions such as stocking, cleaning showers and restrooms, preparing coffee.
