Flik Hospitality Group is hiring a Lead Cashier at Comcast Technology Center in Philadelphia to manage front-end transactions and ensure guest satisfaction. The role requires cash handling, strong guest service skills, and prior front-of-house experience.

Location is at 1800 Arch Street, with a full-time schedule and competitive hourly pay. Shifts run Monday through Friday, with multiple early-morning options; benefits apply to full-time and part-time staff per location.

Qualifications

• 2 years of front of house, hospitality, and restaurant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greets and acknowledges every guest; maintains product knowledge and provides outstanding guest service.
• Oversees and authorizes guest returns, exchanges, merchandise credits, check authorization, charge sends, rain checks and discretionary discounts; ensures completion of PoS transactions and proper cash/media control at PoS registers.
• Helps train cashiers and cross-trains other associates.
• Helps prepare daily deposits, change and media; some locations have access to safe combinations and keys.
• Ensures compliance with company policies; supports loss-prevention efforts.
• Oversees productivity, breaks and daily scheduling of cashiers; communicates performance issues to management.
• Maintains front-end supplies.
• Helps provide guest service, floor moves, housekeeping, display maintenance and merchandise replenishment as needed.
• Covers cashier shifts when call-offs occur.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• We are hiring immediately for a full time LEAD CASHIER position.
• Location: Comcast Technology Center - 1800 Arch Street, Philadelphia, PA 19103. Note: online applications accepted only.
• Schedule: Full time schedule. Monday through Friday, 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, or 7:00 am to 3:30 pm. Further details upon interview.
• Requirement: Previous 2 years of front of house, hospitality, and restaurant experience preferred.

• Pay Range: $17.00 per hour to $18.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Maintains guest services in accordance with company standards. Expedites guest transactions and ensures guest satisfaction at the service desk. Controls all cash and media materials.
