Job summary

Compass Group USA’s Flik division is hiring a Lead Cashier for the Comcast Technology Center in Philadelphia. This full-time role oversees cashier operations, guest service, and cash control, with a Monday–Friday schedule and morning/evening shift options.

The ideal candidate has at least two years of front-of-house, hospitality, or restaurant experience and is ready to train and lead a team while upholding company standards and POS procedures.

Qualifications

• Two years of front-of-house, hospitality, or restaurant experience preferred.
• Previous cashier or POS experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests and processes transactions at the service desk.
• Maintains cash and media controls and completes PoS transactions accurately.
• Helps train cashiers and cross-trains associates.
• Supports daily deposits and media handling.
• Ensures compliance with company policies and loss prevention practices.

• We are hiring immediately for a full time LEAD CASHIER position.
• Location: Comcast Technology Center - 1800 Arch Street, Philadelphia, PA 19103. Note: online applications accepted only.
• Schedule: Full time schedule. Monday through Friday, 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, or 7:00 am to 3:30 pm. Further details upon interview.
• Requirement: Previous 2 years of front of house, hospitality, and restaurant experience preferred.

• Pay Range: $17.00per hour to$18.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Summary: Maintains guest services in accordance with company standards. Expedites guest transactions and ensures guest satisfaction at the service desk. Controls all cash and media materials.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Greets and acknowledges every guest; maintains solid product knowledge; and provides outstanding guest service.
• Oversees and authorizes guest returns, exchanges, merchandise credits, check authorization, charge sends, rain checks and discretion discounts (i.e. competitive, employee sales, etc.); assures the completion of all PoS transactions and the proper control of cash and media at PoS registers.
• Helps train cashiers and crosstrains other associates.
• Helps prepare daily deposits, change and media; some locations have access to safe combinations and keys.
• Ensures compliance of company policies, procedures and practices; supports loss-prevention efforts.
• Oversees the productivity, breaks and daily scheduling of cashiers; communicates performance issues to management.
• Maintains front-end supplies.
• Helps provide guest service, floor moves, housekeeping, display maintenance and merchandise replenishment as needed.
• Covers cashier shifts when call-offs occur.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
