Job summary

Qualifications

• High School or GED equivalent required.
• Retail and/or office management experience preferred.
• Cashier experience preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and project a friendly, helpful demeanor. Ensure excellent service from supervised staff.
• Balance the register drawer and follow standard cash procedures.
• Assist with deposits, vault procedures, and audit steps as needed.
• Provide office support: invoices, purchase orders, and inventory adjustments.
• Maintain a neat front end, stock impulse items, and assist with merchandising.
• Support leadership in training new cashiers and communicating ideas to management.
