Eurest in Burnsville, MN is seeking a full-time Lead Cashier to manage guest transactions and ensure cash accuracy at the service desk.

Responsibilities include supervising cashiers, training staff, processing deposits, and maintaining cash-handling compliance. The role requires cash handling experience and availability Monday–Friday; opportunity to contribute to a guest-focused team.

Competenze

• Cash handling experience required.
• Experience with PoS transactions and cash control.

Mansioni

• Greet guests and provide outstanding guest service at the service desk.
• Oversee returns, exchanges, credits and PoS transactions; ensure cash control.
• Train cashiers and cross-train associates.
• Prepare daily deposits and handle cash/media; some locations have access to safe keys.
• Ensure compliance with policies; support loss-prevention efforts.
• Oversee cashier scheduling, breaks, and performance communications.
• Maintain front-end supplies and assist with merchandising as needed.
• Cover cashier shifts when called in.
